Talk about wearing your heart on your sleeve – newlywed Ryan Sweeting recently got a tattoo of wife Kaley Cuoco's name on his left forearm. He didn't wait long after the nuptials, either. The couple just married on New Year's Eve, and are fresh off their honeymoon. The design features the actress' first name in enormous black cursive along with the Roman numerals XII XXXI XIII, which represent the date they tied the knot, inside a red heart. Cuoco's new husband posted proof of his fresh ink on his Instagram, giving credit to Damian at True Hollywood Tattoo in the caption.

Sweeting, a Bahamian-American tennis player, is a seasoned client at the tattoo parlor. He already has a stack of six words on the right side of his rib cage: "siMplicity, peAce, Youth, Hope, lovE & meMories." From top to bottom, the capital letters spell the word "MAYHEM." So why did he decide to go for this decidedly more romantic tat? Apparently, he's pretty confident that their marriage will be just as permanent and long-lasting as the ink on his arm. The duo only dated for three months before getting married with an extravagant fire and ice themed wedding in Southern California. Sweeting proposed to "The Big Bang Theory" star at a pre-Emmys party last September, which marked their very first red carpet debut as a couple. After saying yes, Kaley expressed excitement over Twitter.

"Flying high, I could literally touch the sky with you…" she Tweeted.

Days later Cuoco showed up at a Lakers game showing off her engagement rock. According to Us magazine, a source says that the actress "knows Ryan is the one," and he's apparently pretty sure about her, too.

Here's hoping that their love lasts a lifetime. Of course, laser tattoo removal is always an option if for some reason they split. For now, though, the ink serves as a sweet reminder of Sweeting's devotion.
