It's nearly impossible to keep up with the Kardashian tattoo collection.

If you follow any of the star sisters' Instagram accounts, you've likely seen the slew of temporary designs that Kylie and Kendall have been showing off over the past year. It's no secret that Rob is a big fan of body art, either. The Kardashian brother boasts an impressive array of designs, including one dedicated to his ex Adrienne Bailon, which likely spurred some tattoo regret. Most recently, Khloe, who already sports the words "Daddy," "I Love You," and her ex-husband Lamar Odom's initials, apparently decided it was time to add some fresh ink.

Why now? The Kardashians have been on a lavish vacation in Thailand, and though they typically keep the details of their getaways under wraps, they've been posting videos and photos on Instagram so all their fans can get a glimpse into their fun-filled trip. Khloe certainly seems to be letting loose – the 29-year-old recently revealed a black cross emblazoned on her chest, as well as two small Ks etched on the palms of her hands. Khloe wasn't the only one with fresh ink, either. Younger sister Kylie also showed off a detailed image of a sun on her foot. The only question is: Are these designs temporary?

Khloe's caption may provide proof that this is the real thing.

"I promised her forever…" she wrote under the photo, suggesting it's temporary.

Khloe has openly expressed her love of body art in the past as well.

"I'm definitely a believer in tattoos as long as they are thoughtful and have significant meaning, which all of mine do," said Khloe in 2009, according to EntertainmentWise.

It seems that once again Khloe has opted for a design that has importance to her, as the Kardashians have been open about their Christian faith.
